I think he has two different types of stagger animations and much everyone you get just completely fucks you.
Because like sometimes, sometimes maybe if you like angle yourself like more to the left or something.
sometimes he staggers and you can shoot him in the chest super easy and other
times he staggers and his fucking arm is blocking the way and if you shoot him in
the arm your shotgun your shot does like 30% damage and doing this for two
hours yeah you got a problem
