We have three final matches to wrap up what has been an eventful calling all heroes bracket so far
Yeah, it's been a great bracket so far lots of three overwatch
But we did break that curse yesterday, which was great in the upper bracket final
I'm feeling really more of that kind of theme today
We are down to our final four and this is what it really starts to get messy
Everybody trying to fight for that opportunity to play timeless X missing in that green final
the game. I think it's a
team that is remained lawless
through this brackets. So a
little scary. I think of how
they will react to whoever
their opponent shall be. But
of course, couple matches
before we get to that grand
finals. But first we need to
talk about what we are
playing for today. Calling
all heroes. Championship always
has a little bit of cash
money to go along with it.

Third, those are the ones that apply since we only have our top four teams remaining in the block.
So at least four grand for each of these teams, but obviously you want to have more than that.
You want to reach for the top and that'll be what we're fighting for today here in the Radiant

bit of a look back later as well because I think that what we have seen
for this calling on Heroes Circuit in particular as we went from I'm
I'm thinking back to the seeding turn of it, like, about little less than a month ago now
that we had, where we had, like, insanely close game, 5 map, even 2 6 map series that were coming up.
But then we look at how this practice turned out. Every game, except for the one, has been a sweep.
It feels like they've really established, like, the tiers of Collier Heroes that naturally started to build.
As we take a look at yesterday's matches, sadly, Fable and Valentine both finishing top six after their losses yesterday.
But it feels like we had, obviously I brought them two, and then Valentine and Fable both kind of knocking on that top four door,
but just not able to get over the line yesterday in their games, Team Missing X-Ray and Extra Blivion,
They both move on to today's first match to figure out who is joining one of those podium places and gets to play cafe Fika in that lower bracket final
But I don't know yes, these matches kind of said more of the same a lot of demon and a lot of jetpack cats still in the mix
Yeah, there's been any patches of course since the previous week of competition
So things have stayed pretty stagnant. I think that what has kind of evolved for our teams has been
Where is your comfort? What has been like the go-to thing for a lot of these schools and well, you just saw it

We had quite a few of those combinations coming up yesterday away with the cash in a way
That one comes in the flying cowboy. We got a workshop guys. They never go with flying cowboy
As they speak in the sky noon flying cowboy seems a little seems pretty fitting. Yeah, he's up there
it does stuff. It's kind of cool unless you are stuck on the ground with no
shield as an email. But I think we're seeing these teams start to find their
identities, which has led to this gap that we have seen within the gameplay
itself. Yeah, you take a look at the upper bracket here. Again, just three
O's in the quarterfinals, three O's in the semis. And yes, our top two teams
remained kind of in their own echelon right now, but Tyler's like missing.
They get to wait in that grand final. Watch all of these matches today to
see who they will play in that final matchup and then even in the lower is
missing x-ray and jablee vio and both went in sweeps yesterday obviously they
can't be the case for both of them today as they face off each other here in
that lower semi-final but these are kind of where we started to get into we kind
of thought x-ray and jablee vio and they're the dark horses in this
tournament now we get to see which one of them gonna try and prove that
that case against Cafe Fica later today.
And this is, you know, a bit of deja vu, right?
Thinking back to our seeding tournament,
X-Will-Veon and team missing X-Ray,
were the two that faced off against each other
in this lower semifinals match for a chance at the top four.
And because of that, well, things got a little tricky,
I think for them.
We had X-Will-Veon inevitably come out of that on top.
I believe it was a, oh no, they actually lost that.
It was a 3-1 loss for them.
Team missing X-ray got the one and only upset
from that tournament.
And this is the first time these two teams
will be meeting each other since that moment.
I think if we are going to have a quote-unquote upset
coming in today,
this seems like the most likely match for it to happen.
And for me, this kind of just feels like a coin flip now.
Obviously when the matchup happened
during the seeding tournament,
Javudio definitely was the favorite,
but now we've seen X-ray as we look at their roster
really start to step it up
Over these last few weeks in preparation. I believe it's that team not a condo in on DPS and video tank
But this team has been unbelievable
So far emity has this very naturally drifted into that demon role
It is seemed very fitting for the type of play style
She is known for and then it seems either Mikman or not a condo one of them continues to pop off match after match
But you and I were talking before we came in
and this is one of the needs to step up because the way winter and show we're
playing yesterday, that's a scary side. Yeah, I think that that is one of the
biggest strengths and the biggest weakness of the sea missing x-ray roster
is this DPS line. You can have these insane hop off level moments from
not a Cotto and McMinn, but if they don't have that same level of
consistency, I think we've seen with some of our DPS rosters, if they
can't find either a consistent pattern or a way to at least get to more of those
higher peaks. I do fear how the series can turn for them in the long run. That's
of course going against the definition of consistency themselves and the other
side of this extra of the own roster. Shole had one of the best performances
from an individual that we got to see yesterday just to start. Yeah, she
was unbelievable yesterday in their win and obviously will want to
continue that momentum here in the lower semi-final. And again,
we've been talking about her a bunch, but this is her first real
like go at a tournament like this. She's naturally fit right
into this roster, which has a lot of veterans in it with
Windsor and Sancy and Paulette. So I think it's kind of been
the perfect storm for her to really break into the scene
and then we can see how much further this extra to blue
the own roster can go. I think this has been the one
that you know, hasn't quite been living up to expectations. I think there's so much potential behind this roster that they've had, you know, couple bumps in the road, especially having a couple people off role winter traditionally hit skin player has taken up more of the flex
and the team is going to be
on the same team. We're going
to be on the same team. We're
going to be on the same CPS
kind of things. Same goes for
pallets and envy. Both are in
those typical flex support
rules. Who's going to be
losing? Who's going to be on
the jet pack cat, for example,
and those kings. I think it
definitely been ironed out
over the last couple of weeks
of play, and this is a new
team that extra oblivion are
rocking into this matchup
with against team missing
so far this tournament. Yeah, that should be popping off on the sheen so far. So a little
bit of a shock to see that kind of band out right away, but it also has been a comfort
pick for Jubilion on the other side and it's a hog bear from Jubilion, which Granted,
we've seen it a couple of times here and there. The road hog pulled out, but it
which is very few and far between, granted, of all the tanks in this tournament, to pull it up.
Mari is probably pretty high up on that list.
So maybe just a little bit of a safety pick here.

Amity, definitely an uphill battle as soon as that Katsuneirush gets matched by Envy.
Feels like the fight is pretty much wrapped up from there, but
now the Sky Nudes are gone winter, still holding on to this pulse bomb
after Mikman used it last fight and it's going to be both limit breaks. It's going to be very important timing here from the
Suzus of Cameron and Envy to try and stop that quick play.
And you know for a fact that these teams are going to be running down the opposing carry.

They're going to attempt to get that cooldown out. And left break is one of the biggest rules you can do if there's no cleanse in the way to stop it.
We'll be attacking out of those three problems, taking them far, far away from the fight.
There's a little break from Sansi that the so-so perfectly times out of Cameron
And the point is to flip back over so nothing really to be gained for extra blivion. They had the reposition entirely

But again those traded limit breaks, I get neither of them really get a ton of value done. The thing important thing here right now is, well, sky noon!

Both have run the Moga in the past, but it's not like it's going to be a desired pick.

It seemed like though that team missing x-ray Jesse have a much better idea of how to play around the map
Yeah, so far it has that we felt like that even with show getting in some great position sometimes
Yeah, obviously it works sometimes, but not always and it's getting show and more of those power positions
She's already lining up the shop my goodness, but yeah, well, she needs to land up her escape
Oh fast there in that moment. That was a sitting duck this routine is in X-ray to stop into the ground

condo or mic man if at this thing x-ray is going to win this series that needs

Uh, Santee, because she was D-Max, has to go back and spawn, go to the D.Va, then go back, so it loses all of that limit break charge for this next fight.
I just get small miscommunications for Xjibubi-Yon, there's lying them, so much space, away from where these actual important flights are happening, Katsune-Rushes are up, and they happen to just go smash us, let's say goodbye to Xjibubi-Yon, and not being able to get a full flight since the first one, Jesse.

They even invest the Swedish to make sure it happens and it works out.

you don't have amity to be able to do it.

other bodies you can put on to this point X-Ray starting the series up.
Yeah to one win here for extra movie owned on the poem that is exactly how you want to get this started after
Kind of a rough start to the map
It looks pretty heavily in favor of team missing x-ray during the first round
But things started to flip here after the fight after this pretty much where this poor like man already
70% counting missing extra any of you starting to run away with this map a little bit
But all of a sudden, she would be on the start turning in a little bit around.
They find the momentum and they just never let it get back into the hands of missing
X-ray.
Very well adapted map.
And now we get to see where X-ray would like to take us here in the series.
And there I say, was that a bit of overconfidence from D-Missing X-ray?
As well.
I think there was just a lot of moments there that they're like, I can clutch this.
I can do this.
But they end up screwing over their old economy in the long term.
that pretty gutsy cat noon that was the first part of that and from that point
forwards it was just a lot of overpushed positioning more specifically from the
DPS of team missing x-ray did not and it was clearly identifying by this
extra oblivion roster and they started to shut it down they're looking for it
they're sending Santhe after it the major that winter was there the
follow-up on the flights yeah instead of sending santi in straight away it
was more hey where are they playing where do they want to push let's send
santi there once they start being engaged and at that point santi wasn't
kind of getting left alone when her team has inevitably had to peel for that
push going in and said she was part of the peel she got the support she needed
while also kind of fending off any sort of attack from missing x-ray so
some great adaptations mid map here for it's a blue vio arms in that first
map wins. Now we can see where the rest of this goes and honestly, Santee really started cleaning
it up on the demon as well. After first round, Amity kind of looked like the better demon,
was kind of even in that round too, and then Santee really started to improve and just dominated
the field in the last round of Sanctum. But obviously, every type other than control,
up for grabs here, for team missing x-ray to choose from, and then we can see kind of
what they're feeling going into the rest of this series.
I would love to see me some,
McMahon, Sheehan, that makes me happy.
I think that when compared to the tracer,
I feel like the, I don't know, carry potential
is there for McMahon so much more
on our motorcycle riding hero than other guys.
And I feel like the map we see that most often,
like for those, at least those big plays, is New Jump City.
it's very favored towards she ons kit. Um, but it is also something to consider as well. Uh, a map that
extra of the own historically have banned demon out on. Santy has been one of our few tanks to play,
uh, non demon tanks like we've seen a little bit of Zarya. We've seen quite a bit of Hathard as well,
from her more often than any of our other tank players in that role. And I think that is something
that is at the back of their mind. It's not like Amity can't play other things, but I think
this demon has kind of been her big come up moment of this tournament.
Yeah, that's the warrior. Do you just go New Jersey? Because you've obviously had a lot
of success with it, but you just may need to protect them with that demon, whether
it be banning out the hazard, banning out the Zarya, but then you're kind of leaving
a lot of other bands open. It could just be the return she owned them from Chablir
Vio knowing how much this team likes to play around. It does look like, unless
They're pulling a fast one on us with a flashpoint
It should be a new junk city indeed being the case in your will
So now we're gonna see if that protect ban on the demon is going to come through or to be a little bit more aggressive
Of a ban here leaving that option open and it will actually Cassidy is
Taken away after she'll really started cleaning up at the back half of map one
I'm here for this. I know this is absolutely necessary
that. I mean, I think that's
the best way to do it. I think
that's the best way to do it.
Right kind of show was kind of
the X factor for me in that
map. Number one, just how
consistent her performance is
she always manages the fine
through one and if needed, she
can hit shots in kind of those
scary situations, ie the cat
new dangling over her head.
So with the Cassidy band,
sure that shuts down show
probably going to put her on
something like a soldier and
consider.
It's not even like it's that much of a demon gap right now. What I think is maybe a little
bit of the conversation too of we feel pretty good. We obviously just won the last map playing
demon. Do we just want to stick it and ban something else out? I still think it's going
to be the demon ban here for Ex-Depu-The-Own considering how much they enjoy playing
the Zarya comps and the hazard comps. And even with the Cassidy being out as much
that you know is obviously here you want to have in shells hands you know it
definitely helps to be playing that hazard hazard is one less thing to worry
about in terms of cc so let's see obviously we're still waiting for a very long
ban for Jolivio in here to choose from yeah I'm not expecting Cassie to go away
but is instead the Mizuki and this is what we don't see a lot these days the
The only time we've really gotten lot of Mizuki is when D.Va is strong, but D.Va kinda sucks
right now because D.Va is so good.
So I don't think we would have been seeing him much anyways, and this, I think you see
there's signifies that you're going to try playing the hazard, so you don't want
to have to worry about a Mizuki, or you're doing another borderline throw away ban,
but I am feeling, even if I broke, don't fix it.
the ML for actual of the own heading into this map and I'm expecting to see that D-Mon
return for Sancy.
Yeah, I think it should be the D-Mon return for Sancy but if they want to elect the hazard
made us feel at these first few fights.
Just because with D-Mon still remaining in D-Mon this has a level of mobility than the
hazard does.

great bounce and some good old fashion geometry leads to a pretty exploding tracer in the back
line I'm a great start for this team which not a condom did roll it on the tracer not the

Well, team missing x-ray has just been there, bread and butter allowing both
Vickman and Narikato just to go crazy on the flanks and it continues to work
wonders and now evens this series up this best of five, now a best of three and a
lot of notes probably getting passed around right now if you're actually
going to be on because a lot of great ideas. Again I liked the Bastion
concept especially during those first few flash points but once that kind of
I figured out and the limit breaks into the sky was just a great. That's just so fun. Um, like that's just great
Yeah, I think once those counters started to get pushed a little bit harder
Maybe just a little bit late on the swaps offer to glibya and cost him a little bit there
I think the idea was there. I think you just needed to realize okay
We need to scrap this a little faster
It was it works when you're outside
When you're not outside or when you have to push through a small choke into demon
And so what happened on both bomb flat and refinery not so good and finding an answer to both Nickman and not Ocado

So I think lessons learned from both of these squads
I think this is the pattern that we are going to keep seeing is that one team between these maps

But you can at least give a little bit more range from maybe that Freya to return.
And I think that, you know, having like a longer range of map makes me feel a little better for the sake of this actual Veil roster.
Again, you have two players that I think are more comfortable on like a hit scan roll.
Are they both going to do that? No.
But I think that just where some of these flankers, it's a little harder for them to get the job done.
It puts them on a tad more even footing.
There is also the out-of-pocket Junkertown pick that has been a pick in the past that I believe that
Ghiblione pulled out against a team missing x-ray pulled that out against Timeless I think.
Maybe Ghiblione done too. I think both of these teams have played it at some point in time.
Yeah Ghiblione pulled it out in upper semis. Did not necessarily go well. It was a 3-0 still
for Timeless X, Timeless X Missing.

say as soon as Cat got introduced, we're in a different era of Overwatch?
Yeah, I think so. It's kind of like how when Symmetra became Hard meta, right? It
It changes the fundamentals of how games are played.
Like we are long gone in the days of honest overwatch.

You could argue Moga kind of did the same thing

met up. You can kind of mesh as long as Kyroko is still on a decent spot. You can mess a lot
of different looks in with the cat. But it's going to be Jolivione starting on the defense
first and their support comp for now is going to be still envy on the Kyroko, but also
Paulette on the Mizuki. So still kind of more of that double flex support. Obviously
no speed could be an issue here at times but having that root with the chain
from Paula is still going to be an option to kind of fend off this attack.

problem very much does play this Lucio as well. If we want to go zoom zoom you
kind of just theme roll over stancy no? I think this is a risk for mech

below the oaks. That is a loss that hurts. They still have one more map pick that they get to choose
going ahead and it's gonna have to be finished in front of extra below the own want a chance
at claiming a top three spots. We're gonna go ahead send it to a quick break and we'll come back

It's crazy, look back at the start of this map, X-ray was one fight away from this not
anything on point A. And then just kind of slowly push themselves through even
40 seconds there, even 20 seconds here. 40 meters only during second phase. And
there's some very well-placed ultimates. Everything starts putting itself
together. A very impressive stall during second phase to kind of keep it in
third phase I should say to keep it going. Just a lot of ifs if we can do
this if they can do that and all those ifs started to work out at the end and it was just an
unbelievable performance here from x-ray and a kind of heartbreaker for julybion who looked great
during the first half of this map it definitely at least on the attack it felt like that team
isn't actually had to find out what the reality where everything went right for them to get the
push that they have and that is what happened on this defense though completely different tail
It was scrappy actually beyond they just flat out didn't know what to do about all of these people just running around the back line
Was a gravity smashing people against walls not okado getting these crazy pics from range was also been looking stellar and
Cameron who pulled out the first bit of all now that we've seen in this series as well
That was a bit of a highlight to there

for xjabilio to build up like that big gun flight that can get you over
for this finish line that is literally right there.
So I'm not too worried about that,
it's just how can they get these resources
out of Team Missing X-Rite,
and it means you have to take these poke battles
and either win those out,
or you have to make sure the fight goes long,
full spawn goes through,
and that is on the Santee Envy,
one place, one time the TP,
that's true for Nickman completely solo,
and these DPS are lighting it up for Team Missing X-Rite.
Just kill after kill after kill for this DPS line and the Katsune rushes how?

In this in to be honest the captain something call that she has been lights out with it so far

limit break is up now for Santi as well, but she's not even gonna need it with the
pace that this fight is going at X to play the on. Without the risky there for a second,
they will find a way to get this payload to its final destination and will guarantee
a map flight finish for a lower semi-finals.

Championship Sunday, this was the pulse that kind of, that gave X-ray
at least one more fight, eliminating both the tank and Envy.
But we were wondering when this Junkertown pick was going to come out.
We had a feeling it was going to be relatively soon and it indeed does convert over to a map when when this team
Needs it the most back against the wall and now it's plus which it creates two map type a two maps
You get the pick from here. It's probably the least impactful
map pick of the entire series
I think the little pressure when it comes to this final map pick
But I think the the scale has get definitely gone up
I am seeing people like, you know, winter finding her footing as much as she has throughout this series
It's mind you typically not a tracer she on player
Definitely been more of like this like sniper kind of hop-off player that I remember from her days, especially
In her current face, but master's competition as well
So and seeing the impact she's been able to have has been kind of ridiculous
It's reflected in the statistics and extra beyond and kind of using her power to like get these
off solo kills out of nowhere and push off of it
It's a beautiful to see some of these combination plays come out
And now as we head into this final map, it's really going to be a question of does missing x-ray during some of these graphic fights
Find that you know that extra pick or two that they seem to just find all the time throughout the series
Arlegibilavion finally shut the door. That's the stakes that we have.
Obviously the winner, they don't really get that much of a break here, Molly.
They're going right into a game against Kafei Fika, who's been offered a ton of VOD footage during this series.

Esperanza are the only two maps that can be picked here from missing x-ray like
do they go back just to the Doomfist Molly if they it's probably Esperanza
out of those two but I would lean toward just kind of sticking with the
demon here and then going back to this double flanker setup that worked
really well during New York City.
I think the hard part with the double flanker is you take advantage of the shore sightlines
where both these prongs and coliseum have these really long ones and if you're leaving them open
to be contested I think it's a bit rough especially because neither tracer or sheon have great
vertical uh verticality in general those are uh I need to keep my feet on the ground type
of heroes so I honestly I don't think the map pick depends all that much it's more these
that. I mean, we're not
going to be able to do that.

really wanted to shake things

It definitely could. It leaves the door open. At least for me, it screams, I return to that
double flanker comp with the Sheehan and the tracer. Especially the Sheehan, there's
so many different avenues where you can just quickly drive by with the motorcycles.
So it's definitely screwing to me that direction.
I will say Freya and Sojourn is still pretty decent on this map.
There's a lot of long side angles and some high ground for those heroes to play around.
It's actually the D.Va that is going to be banned, which to me seems more, hey, we may
play Doom.
So let's protect that.
Oh, and something that could be played in response is the D.Va.
So let's eliminate one of those peel options on tank.
Yeah, I think that's a good call there.
I'm time was like missing and I'll see I bit it now to team missing x-rays all the tea and I saw the end
And that's we almost got through the series almost got through it, but here is the Freya
I can I'm seeing the future right now. It's gonna be cat noon versus cat noon

Unless it was that flanker set up. Yes. It's it's one of the two
But the Freya eliminate a lot one of the best range pick soldier and is okay on this map
But you would definitely lean towards the Freya Cassidy
Especially if we know we're going towards more of a dime setup whether it be the demon or the doom fist or the hazard
Whatever avenue we decide to run down
That Cassidy regardless is going to be a great answer to any of those compositions. So
Yeah, some Sky Noons could be the factor here of who finishes it fourth and who gets to make one of those podium places.
And this is a, for one team it's the end of the road, for the next it's just the start of the longer road, right?
If you're going to make it all the way from the finals from this match, you have to play against Cafe Fika in those other finals.
Win that, which I guarantee one of these teams does manage to do that, it will not be a sweep.
And then play again, I guess,
timeless estimate,
ex-missing in those grand finals.
It is a lot of maps,
a lot of high pressure competition.
You have to stay focused for
all these objectives and it all rides here
on one push map.
In the next two years, they've been having the,
it's a story of two different teams,
one team that hasn't been meeting expectations so far.
And the other who has been surpassing them
And it's just unfortunate that we just say goodbye to one of them here, but they'll finally be able to answer
Who can move on who's worthy of that top three finish?
I will say this is
Probably the best you seem to move to build the own look in a while because like you said
It's been a team that maybe just hasn't hit those expectations that a lot of people from the outside had going into this tournament
They were seen as
Kind of that very clear number three
And it just hasn't maybe lived up to that so far. It's been a way more of a heated discussion between them and team missing x-ray
So having this go all the way to five feels very fitting to see it
Let's see if missing x-ray can complete that jump into the top three of two to blivvy own
Can fend off the doubt fend off the haters still make it to that top three where I imagine they were kind of
Positioning themselves and imagining what are this roster can make at a minimum

kind of a refresh of what we saw in Nepal to start this series we're gonna end
it the same way that it started and it seems very fitting where these two teams
kicked off and extra of the own they had the upper hands in that map number
one it took them a little bit to get there which could be concerning his
push all about this early momentum and how they can start things off right so
what micman ends up swapping over to but i'm expecting

what we end this series with early positioning advantage here for team

face, as soon as she responded that last quarter, catch that man from Palette, but that one ends
up going wide.
Whereas the back, it'll be limited break out from Santee, and he didn't have the health
bar to respond with one of her own instead.
Try some getting the take advantage of Crumb's catnap, which at least that turns out to

Yeah, Missing X-Ray just laid out the Katsune, there's no reason to push into it when you know there's no tank to really follow up on that extra speed that the rush gives, so now Cameron has one of their own to just continue this momentum forward.
Freaketsune rush here, and I say free, but they had to use Suzu and a lot more to be invested to make sure of standing some steam roll back.
Oh, and that works. Dang, those are like the piata over at the top of Team Missing X-Ray.

And even though they lose Drumper Town, there's still so many moments where the momentum never fully swayed back in the other direction.
They're still a little hold it down and team missing x-ray guaranteed top three finish.
And they are the right for a rematch against Cafe Fika in that lower bracket final to make the Grands.
And it is a sad little bow out here for X Jablouvillon falling to the two or three defeats.
Obviously not the end finish that they were hoping for from this tournament, but still an excellent series to lose on
Yeah, I think the team missing x-ray. I continue to surpass those expectations
It's a team that you know a lot of these players have been around for hot minute
I'm looking really at McMinnon not a caught-up in particular but
Newcomers and Cameron and crumb amity has been slowly paving her way up as well
like this is a squad that has some serious potential.
They're in a great meta as well
for where their strengths are.
And especially Amity's ability to pull out
all of these weird heroes at a moment's notice
that no team is really prepared for.
It is just insane.
Things that should not be happening come true.
And it's largely because of her role
in this tank position.
Yeah, it's kind of crazy.
Just some of the plays that Amity would pop off
with whether it be the limit breaks in the sky,
or even we saw earlier with the Doomfist, right?
Like, there's so many different moments here
that's like, it shouldn't work, but it does.
And that sometimes is just the magic you need
on a day like this to where it's a long road.
If they want to try to win this
Kalliard Heroes Championship,
if they need to win three series back to back to back,
obviously, probably wanted this first one
to be a little bit shorter
than going all the way to map five,
but still an excellent start here.
a potentially very long evening for missing x-ray.

So I think there is some serious potential for this to go further.
This is the energy that we'll have to keep seeing from team missing x-ray

Managed to stand out against the rest and weird weird hero picks sure we questioned her a bit

MVP of our lower senes and you are about to see just why
Yeah, basically everything that this team needed her to be she was there just
Absolutely perfect. So a lot of these swaps again. We're sure about the dude red like we see the Duke fist come out on the enjoy
It's like all right. Hold up this is this actually happening like is this going to work?
Maybe a little bit shaky at first, but as soon as she zeroed in it was unbelievable
from the rest of the series. And again, still one of the best that we've seen on Demon as well
throughout this entire tournament. So, you know, you could tell she was locked in ready to go,
and a big reason why Team Missing X were able to turn this series around were several points.
It really didn't feel like they were going to be staying in it. Even that punch out of the
the gravid flux same sort of tire back line yes unreal performance you can take
just makes it look easy I think that like what stands out to me like her ability
to identify the ebb and flow of these fights it's very very rare that we see
her overextended we're just in hey why is my tank over there kind of position
she manages to make these fights close to make them scrappy even when they
and the whole of team missing x-ray is definitely spearheaded by her and I'm very excited about
that we get to have an interview set up with Amity as well. So she's going to join us here.
Amity, first of all, congratulations on making it again. Two of the little refinals,
how does it feel to be a top three guaranteed finisher into calling on heroes 20-26 season?
If yours really good, I'm happy that we could get here, but the job's not done, and I like
it to be in finals.
Obviously this series, a lot of hurdles that you all went through, take me to where, we're
going to go back to neon junction here for a sec, the doom fist pick.
We were admittedly a little hesitant to trust it at first, but what was the thought process
behind it and obviously it worked out for you all very well at the end of the map.
I find that like when teams play like the Sigma Bunker comp, especially with the 2T,
they don't know what to do against the Doomfist. I think most people don't know how to play
against the Doomfist and when you're all stacked and grouped like that, it makes
I think it was a good pick and I was confident. My teammates were confident in me, but I was able to destroy them.
Yeah, for sure. It worked out great over there on Neon Junction.
And there was a few times across a few maps to where it felt like Team Missing X, right?
We're out of it, like out of the fight, out of the round or the map.
And you all just find a way to fight back into the is that just something you all have kind of realized is maybe just kind of a
Secret bonus for this team. Talk me through some of those late moments to where you just pull some of these fights back
To be honest, McMahon is like a really big
after that
they have
really great calls during the midfights they're
They're just finding these opportunities in the mid-fights and making the call, it's what
we need to like make a boss fight winnable.
And they played really well this series and they're going to play well in our next match
as well.
Absolutely.
And talking about that next match, you're rematching against Caffe Fika.
You had a bit of a run-in against in those upper finals.
You ended up getting swept there, but now kind of approaching this for the second
time. Where are your heads at, I think, going into this match, especially with looking to get it
different? I think we just have a different mindset going into the match. I think when we played them
before in the upper bracket, I think we had a poorer mindset and it led us not performing our
best. But today I think everyone's ready to win. We came in with the correct mindset and we
We hope that was a good game.

you did just lose to them in the upper bracket semi-finals so
very recent defeat a lot of good notes to go back on
but even during the seating tournament when it was a lower final there
created that would win all the way to six
uh... but it was a another win here for cafe fika so
What changes can be made now? Obviously, there's a doomfist is an extra little flavor that is thrown in
But I think anybody said it everybody has to be clicking and then the right mindset to pull the upset
Because kind of Fika have one thing on their mind and that is getting back to that grand finals so they can get an upset
Yeah, I think for team missing x-rays looking like you got to find the one reality out of a million
You can walk in and make it all the way to those finals
If not come in the champions of the entire season so far
We are gonna go ahead take another fast break get our teams and lobbies that set up cafe fika versus team missing x-ray coming up right after this
2 of the top 3 teams that we have going into this Cafe Fika.
I've been pretty solidly in that second spot so far this tournament.
Jesse, have a rematch against Team Missing X-Ray who just took out X-Table Vioenon 5.
Yeah, if honestly the one benefit here, if you're a Cafe Fika, you just got so much
fine information that you could live-voter view for Team Missing X-Ray.
Great, to some of that was probably during their warm-up scrim that, see how long
that series went?
uh... could maybe needed to be extended just a little bit
uh... but no this is going to be
a very interesting series because kind of a tale of two different series during
the upper bracket of the sternum
can't make a clean three zero
that was a pushback from missing x-ray but it definitely felt like cafe were
in control
but when these two teams met in the city tournament
it went all the way to six
uh... so
Which of these two series are we going to get time? We'll have to tell on that
That's kind of what we heard. I'm gonna say in the interview just now as well as that
Everything especially in the mindset has to be going right or team missing x-ray. They cannot get down on their cells
They cannot start to doubt their own abilities against this team
But Jesse if there is a team that will push them on its it's cafe Fika and this is and this is all the step one of two
You still have timeless X missing and that's waiting in the finals for the victor of this match right here
Let's take a look though at this cafe figure roster and we'll see why they're so
Unbelievably hyped up for what they are. We mentioned that amity is like one of the best demons in this tournament
Hitori that's the best
I don't think there's a guy in my mind that she has been a kind of far and above
The rest of the competition when it has come to this hero
Hitori, we said at the very beginning, I think of this term of this is a hero that just screams Hitori's playstyle and that is just become true
She's loving abs every single minute on the character so far it feels like and it's been a big reason why
Kaffir Fika has made this run granted stumbled a little bit in that upper bracket final not able to get the job done
But first gotta get over team missing extra who's been really hot and also I will say missons been a great stand out for me
She's been unbelievable on the flex DPS and it's given Hitori and ivory so much room to maneuver
Yeah, and then we have on the opposite end of this the team that likes to scrap
things gets a little messy here and
And, uh, yeah, Amity, of course,
we talked about her quite a bit, her presence on the tank.
I think it's been a huge deciding factor
on how these fights go, but the pop-off potential
from both Nato Kato and Nickman is always lurking
in the back of your mind.
Those two, as well, are going to need to be on point
when it comes to these DPS match-ups.
I'm especially looking at Nickman,
because they are the ones that will have to be against Misson
in this situation.
Nobody has been able to consistently match her tracer so far
than the likes of peace.
So large shask on their shoulders in particular
when it comes to this game.
It's very tall order.
We even saw in that last series,
Mickman has decent rounds, but also a lot of the time
going against Winter, it was a little bit mixed.
Winter was getting the better of them at times.
So it's going to be a lot of pressure here on Mickman
to get the job done, and at least at a minimum,
keep missing away from just taking over the lobby.
same thing goes, I think for both of these support lines, which we didn't talk about, I'd put them on
decently even footing and Cameron and Crumb a bit newer to the scene than the likes of Juno and
Cinnabar, but they've really seen some strong and more like consistent performances, some pop-off
plays here and there, especially from Cameron on the Kiriko, which if we ever get some honor
during the day, those Suzus are going to be needed if Juno is allowed to take up her
signature pick will of course be starting out on control the Paul we're
going to Paul we have been every single series in this entire double
elimination bracket which I believe right 12 11 or 12 has been the Paul
accepts one which was Samoa will this be the time will this be the time nope
it's not we're playing the Paul one can one can dream that's a shocker but
no Nepal has just been the go-to for every single team during this
Tournament it really leans into that play style of the demon of the cat whether it be the bastion of the Cassidy
It's a kind of play with it, and it's actually going to be in the may
That is a day first here from cafe Fika a
Little bit of a different look last time these two teams played
Bastion was actually the first man from cafe Fika so taking away. We haven't really seen the main very much
Okay, okay, what's happening? What's?
We're being a little like you didn't make it kind of understandable, but we're not really playing that that much mercy
You're touching mercy. You're that's I'm sorry. This is not
We've seen it once or twice
Like the pocket of farra on King's Road or something like not not in this specific
Tournament bracket at least for a long time
So I will be able to see it on the Paul and guarantee you that
Yeah, that's gonna be interesting.
Obviously, the Mercy, well, we won't see now.
I don't think we'll even see it later with the band, but maybe there's something they know that we don't,
but you just never know sometimes with some of these, but also something that, you know,

There are Team Missing X-Ray taking a second to breathe.
brand new series ahead I would say if they win this series also another series
after that so it could get a little bit rough here as long as they don't have
that crash if they're using Xero with they won't have the crash but we'll see
here how they want to address this Nepal because it was a 2-0 the last time
these two teams met in that upper bracket so let's see if maybe a little
that will be different, because over on Ilios,
when these two teams met in the seeding tournament,
who's that the X-Ray who won that first map?
So, a little, hey, they're one and one so far.
Somebody's gotta break the best of the three.
In their defense, one, Ilios is a ball map.
Tremendy plays a lot of ball,
and Demon was not released yet, unfortunately.
And I think that is,
It's the biggest strength of both of these teams right now.
I think has been their ability to pop off on this demon.
The way that these, the styles will clash.
I think again, the more scrappiness from Team Missing X-Ray,
whereas it's kind of a methodical suppression,
I think of this other cafe, Fika roster.
It's like these slow methodical,
we're gonna all funnel you into one place,
make sure you can't take these angles
and then pounce on one target.
And now as we see, well, time will tell if that same kind of mission here will go through.
Not a shock for Missing Escher, right?
It's going to be the same exact comp that we just saw them play.
It was about two hours ago at this point when that series started up for Cafe Fika
before we get to see what it looks like.
It's going to be the exact same.
Just missing is the question mark, but you will also match the tracer.
So slowly we've seen a lot of different looks throughout these last two weekends
But this seems to be the metacom that we've settled on
Yeah, this is especially for push and
Some class point push control particular. This is what we're gonna be seeing nine times out of ten
Let's see that try to get a little spicy something in the mix
But positioning a little better for team missing x-ray
They have more players on the point, plus the setup of Nato Kato on the opposite side of the high ground.
She can just jump on down from the point, and Tori aren't struggling to get herself in the mix.
Trunk's so incredibly low, but with the resources expended, well, Nato Kato just kind of goes forward and takes out Sinobar.
But this is kind of the trade-off, I think that we've been seeing Cafe Fika be so good with, is that they know when to pull the Tori back.
They're not as willing to just throw themselves through the flight.
Guys team is next right and even if they give up percent. We'll be the ones actually win the fight
It's a little bit more tempered here for cafe. She did with a Tory
Which she used to be no for like okay. She's going balls to the wall like she's going for it
It's definitely been a little bit more of a laid-back approach
But it's just picking their moments picking their spots
And she's been great at that throughout this tournament and already just games to lead
But the Sky Noon is here now for Ivory, not a Kato, just a shot away.
Well, as I say, just a shot away, much further, probably the different zip codes, ideally.
With Ivory holding the Cat Noon somewhere over their heads.
What's made of not a Kato's turn, and, uh, Kappy-Pika in much more exposed positions,
but a great roll there, perfectly timed from Ivory, keeps them alive,
and Kroken just flies too close to the Cat Noon, do you know who that exactly shirt was going on there?
Yeah, I think that was even a little bit of an amity-esque limit break there from the Torrey, just sending it to the sky to try and take out Crumb, but it was already the elimination going through from Ivory.
Hey, I think crumb just made a little bit too hungry for it, which I respect it. She she wanted it
That's for sure, but I just didn't have the backup to finish off
But now senior rushes for both squads missing still holding on to this pulse. Um, we'll have to slam it on the amity. I
Think this big thing though is going to be the moment right if you can at any point force, you know
You drop that suzu. It's go time
Do you need it?
The fight says Amity, Susie goes out, it's absolute chaos, evolving in the small room with the mega health pack, and even trade actually, I think the only difference is that one tank has a mech, the other does not.
With the case of team missing x-ray, making this round last longer, they're pretty okay with how things turned out.
Catnune Duo is up for Ivory at this point.
Oh, it comes down.
What does have her neck and crumb is just getting chasteled
to tomorrow when this is the missing effect of people.
Don't know how she does it, but somehow, someway,
she just pulls these pigs out of thin air, single-handedly,
flips the play back over.
Catnune, the seal of the deal,
and Cat they fake up, getting T and missing X-ray,
their taste on this tempered play style,
and it's not one that they want to have back.
It's going to be an adjustment here for missing X-ray as the cleanups come through from Cafe Fika to lock this one down officially at 100 to 33.
But they're so used to, I don't know what to say, like a super passive play style in that last game from X to Blivion.
Now it's where it's just laid back, laid back, and then waiting for the pounce to come in and then finding that counter punch has been the big benefit for Cafe Fika.
and you get Hitori, doesn't die, Ivory doesn't die,
like that cannot happen if you are team missing X-Ray,
if you want to have a chance here
and continuing the slower bracket run.
We've mentioned this a little bit earlier as well,
is that team missing X-Ray have, especially in the DPS line,
have super high highs and really low lows.
Yes.
And you need at least one DPS to be having
one of those high highs at a time
in order for you to stand a chance
against one of these top teams.
And I think Naotokato and Mikman have both been struggling to get a word in against their counterparts thus far.
And this map in particular is all about positioning, and how you're controlling these angles, where you're going, and they're going to decide to stick together.

things she's wanted to run are going to be shut down by that hero. But not this good work
though. I'm a little nervous about it. I feel like Zarya is in a spot that she can feel unstoppable
and then in an instant she gets melted and that's yes on she has a laser beam kind of
calendars of Rissa in that way but it almost feels like if Hathory has the healing resource
behind her which she absolutely will that's secure and I think Amity realizes that too.

So there's so many different variables that missing X-ray are having to worry about in these fights.
And it just feels like sometimes becoming a little bit too much.
I think too Hitory when you watch her play you can tell she's a very smart player. She knows what the win conditions are.
She knows what trade she can force. It's kind of like this mental game that I feel like she won.
quite a bit when I came to these pushes this was an excellent example of that
running in the corner for Crumb nothing she could have done about that but I
think it was really good attempts team missing x-ray to get it across the
finish line maybe we can have another draw on her hands and go to six I was
like you know what maybe it can happen had that in the back of my mind but
the Tori had this on the lock from the start I knew how to play knew where
Ivory was positioned as well to make sure everything went the direction cafe Fika were running for and one map
Jesse is all it takes for them to find themselves a ticket into those calling all heroes grand finals
One map away from a little bit of a rematch in that upper bracket final

I do not recommend playing on a on this map, but somehow you find a way to make it work

correctly Cameron did eventually try to mirror the honor after attempting to be
reasonable oh my god it's back but it's back Moira will make an appearance
Cameron and Cinnabar walking it in but as suspected the Juno grandma has made
its parents. And also the return of Vendetta for both of those channels right now. Obviously
with the Kiriko gone, a lot of those crit strikes are going to land without really too much opposition.
And even though it's not as effective as it is against the D.Va, still not much a demon can do

your head about, but it is going to be cafe Fika earning that win and earning that spot
in our grand final.

Jesus is not many, I think they could have put a toe next to where Cafe Fika currently

Yeah, both of them were lights out and even Cinnabar and all the craziness like a pick that shouldn't work

Like she's just a player that is turned up to 10 and it never goes lower.
I don't think I've seen a series this tournament where she has stepped it back.

now they'll be facing off in

bracket. Yeah, a little bit of a familiar territory that we are
entering here. Thomas X missing 3-0 against Leica Virgo, 3-0
against Ash DeBluvion, and it was a 3-1 over Kafe Fika yesterday
that earned them their spot in today's current final.
Forcing Kafe Fika down to that lower bracket, we just saw
Fika climb right back out of. These were the two teams, I
I think we both expected to be here at this stage.
It just seemed like they were kind of in their own level compared to everybody else.
And now we're going to see who is landing on top here for 2026.
It feels like the level of gameplay is about to rock it.
Oh, yeah.
When these two titans of calling all heroes actually end up meeting on the battlefield.
And for Jesse, this isn't the first time, too.
many, many of these players to be in a finals environment.
In fact, every single player on time was X missing
has won at least one previous calling all heroes championship
with Wisps and Sniper having the potential
to be the very first three time champions.

It's wasn't for Wisp.

Like that is the crazy part.
So we're sad to see what they're able to do.
And obviously, Caffe Fika, championship caliber players
across the board as well.
Misson last year was top eight
and made a giant jump this year
with this Caffe Fika roster,
has really entered that top conversation.
I'm really excited to see what she's able to do here
in her first grand final.

I think one of the most improved players,
but also I think being surrounded by the pieces,
the players that she is,
has set her up so thing well.
Really cool to see the come up that she has had throughout the course of the
tournaments and even seeing Turner as well this year.
But at least I'm taking formal look at what our rosters have to offer as well.
Timeless, missing, of course, favorite somewhere in the South.
They've been very first team from the start.

Juno was in a similar position to what Juno and Nissen, I guess. That was Juno's first
championship match as well. I guess she also has been kind of in that conversation of
a lot of top six, top four rosters. Now this is their time to shine. Grand finals
against the favorites you lost to yesterday. What can you do when called upon here in the
grand final to make this time different? That's going to be a lot from cafe Fika. And this
is a matchup they are very familiar with. And I think it's going to come down a lot
on a Hitori. I think that is the one definite advantage I put on them is having Hitori's
D1 on their side and saw Hill. Not as much of a flexible player and definitely gaining
ground on where Hitori has been. I would not be shocked if that kind of continues to be the match
up to watch for today. And why not for old times sake, let's finish it exactly where we started.
One last Nepal. You're in our polling all year, it was 2026 season.
I think we kind of knew this was coming, right? Like we had, we had to think it was coming. It
would feel wrong if this wasn't where we ended it. But we could still end up with

see the Lucio band coming out again here from Cafe Fika. They still have the cat band if they

demon that you're putting Sniper in. No, Saw Hills emerges that demon player
for this roster, so if we're going to make that swap already and have it
no one it screams of something else is happening but maybe not it's not that I
can tell you it's not new junk city it's junk town and I assume maybe just the
wrong junk you know we got a little yeah see a lot of new junk city this event
so I could see that like we queued it up just yeah that they would pick new
junk city which makes sense I've been up it is in fact junker town it's kind
scary and these teams also are using both these teams actually have a lot of
success on this particular map so I think this is a I think it's a solid pick
for both I do favor timeless yeah on this regard if they've had demon no I
think that is gonna change some things it definitely opens up a lot more
opportunities here for time is like missing because of course they want to
on the Sigma there is nothing saying they can't just because that band's already
been used but in the first option of a tank band being available to them
other than map one it is going to be that D mod indeed being banned out so
if you cafe Fika that's not ideal and I would say maybe throw in a bastion band
but this is one of the few maps that I think Bastion really isn't going to
work as well it's just so open as soon as you take a swing with that cat
bashing comp the bashing is so exposed to where that punish is usually going to be a little bit
more swift. Yeah I think the demon ban coming in too and decreases the value of the bastion as well
unless you're playing like a melga or something I can see it being a bit more valuable
but if we've sniper in it's I think it's going to be sigma that is what
thymus x missing are running for and they took away one of sigma's biggest counters on this map

If you are Timeless X missing, one of the hardest maps in the game to finish,
now at least has a benchmark for the championship here in calling our heroes 2026.
But oh, I guess this is more of the cafefika that we were expecting to see today, playing their own
style, playing a little bit of niche stuff, including the domino, which look at that 19 and 2 on domino.

Really found a way to make it work and that's kind of the expectation heading into this map.

Cafe Fika, but it just isn't enough and their return to the top to the top of the grand final stage in calling our heroes for the timeless

Again, everyone on this roster. Now, multi champions, three times for Wisps, Sniper and Peace, second for Saw Hill,
hill, men why Z's and scuffs who did not play but is technically on the roster. Crazy accomplishment
for these players and shows what happens when the best talent in calling all heroes can get together
and the heights that they get managed to take their talent. Just unbelievable what this roster
has been able to achieve. And I got a combination of some of the old era of calling our heroes
was messing with the new, you know, Wisp comes back and wins a title at a year after retiring.
Just an unbelievable run. Just drops two maps during the entirety of champs and it was both
on Esperanza. Two cafe fika, so I guess just not their map. You know, sometimes teams have
that. But no, it just felt like they were on another level compared to everybody else.
what a perfect way to do it other than you know what are the main members of this team what are the main faces
of the entire collie go here a circuit them popping up it being whisked uh to kind of seal this one away
yeah they wanted it and i think we got to know the name wisps from plays like this and yeah they
might be stuck on the bastion sometimes but when we let them lose on the hit scan these are the
things you expect to happen and
time was like missing went into this
knowing what to expect.
They played Cafe Fika so many times.
They've had the opportunity to watch
the tapes back and seem to have an
answer unless this bronze off at
every single turn and those couple

this roster has been even like snipers so begin at the final map was like oh you
can clinch the championship with this after kind of just watching the rest
of the series from the spectators lobby it's it's incredibly impressive with
this roster and again, even though they were favorite, sometimes that pressure and stress
can get to a lot of teams, it didn't get to this roster at all.

I think her calm core collected start to finish a confidence of an experienced roster, but
we do have to highlight one that stand out for today, a root wellness MVP of the grand
finals, none other than the cat warrior herself.
That would be then why coming on and I think we appreciate main support players enough

I promise and then that's what I did except for us from we don't need to talk about them
It obviously for you piece we saw a little bit of the data didn't really work out necessarily
over on Esperanza. We saw a workout over on Jugger Town.
Does it just feel like, you said a lot of winning for you and a lot of members on this team right now.
Is this something with this group of players for calling our heroes that everything just clicks?
I think we just have a very good worth ethic. A lot of us, previous WCS, current WCS,
or Wisp when they put a long time ago would compete a lot.
So I think we have a lot of the good work habits, workflows.
We mesh our experiences together.
I've told them, oh, I like when he came left at this,
and then they'll tell me, oh, well, Zamba and Zep de Zep,
or sometimes Steve would be like, you should just play
Tracer and be like Ryan.
So we have a lot of the nothing part of a team.
I know a lot of Cousin of the Kitchen
usually does equal a fire.
But I think we have a really good way
of making sure it doesn't.
Me and Zee have been playing previous ODWs experience.
Me and Eva have played on the Bobcats,
now we're on a certain collegiate team that we're going to play on.
I know what I will say.
I will say for you.
So we got, you know, we spent a lot of time as well outside of cause.
So we know how we interact with each other already.
It's not like just getting a bunch of good players together for a tournament, you know,
plug it out.
Like, you know, we know how each other work.
We've seen each other evolve.
I've seen like my backline evolve to always almost getting land, you know, as much
as I wish they would.
You know, they've seen me stop dying first on Flex DPS.
Thank God.
They see it and I've seen you know.
It's still happening.
It's still happening.
Yeah, I did that a flight.
I did that.
I did that a flight yesterday like three times, but whatever.
So the point is, you know, we always come together.
It's like a little reunion, you know, like Thanksgiving, Christmas, you know.
We always see it as like a little reason to get together, come play some games
together, have some fun, you know.

And then I kind of taken that is it sounds like that you all plan to stick together
going as a team for us is that kind of what we're
we're kind of feeling here
yes obviously that again
obviously no one knows this yet but i think you know i think this rock this
core players
probably stick around at least for
the next next split circuit whatever you want to call it
will definitely always be back ready to play always ready to have some fun

i just have uh... one more question for for both of you because i do you
to have been around the block of calling all heroes for quite some time and this is always
kind of something we like to hear from the players to start a saw hill. What does it mean to you
to be able to compete in a tournament like calling all heroes? I mean honestly I think
it's something that I'm really happy to be able to compete in and I'm really glad that this is
something that Blizzard and all and Brady and everyone have set up because I feel like there's
There's a lot of people that wouldn't want to compete
and wouldn't want to be outward about who they are
while competing in something like Overwatch
or any kind of games that you have,
like for example, Game Changers and Valorant.
I feel like things like these really bring people together
and it means a lot to be able to not only be able
to play in it, but also win.
So I'm really thankful for the production and Blizzard
and Radiant, everyone bringing this together.
I think it's something really great
and I hope we see it next year as well.
It's just a piggyback off of what Soho said, yeah, I think it is pretty important, like
seeing a, what was it, X-ray today, they be a team of like potential face and masters
and like OWS and World Cup and their players are legit an expert, like that wouldn't happen.
You wouldn't get that chance if calling like heroes didn't exist.
We saw, we saw Amity play Doomfist, I've never, I've never seen that before.
That was actually insane.
That was, that was amazing, you know, personal shout out to her, like that was, that
was a crazy time.
She was actually a demon on that.

without a circuit like this like those expert players or players who want to
prove themselves

And I think that's what makes it stuff like this.

what makes calling out heroes really fun and awesome.
