class in TVC PVP wise? Rogue. Yeah, roach are very OP, but they're not easy. They're very
fun, very rewarding. But they're very OP. I'd say I'd say rogue easy. Yeah. Easy.
What would have drew it as you own for someone who's one 90 centimeters in ways 140 kilograms what work out routine
when I suggest to you you know it's kind of a long answer that the short answer is
do what you enjoy because you need to be consistent over the long term and you might say well I don't
enjoy any type of working out and then what I would say is we'll try to find something where you'll
eventually kind of get used to enjoying it, whether that's like soccer, basketball, walking,
swimming, whatever. Now, if you really don't like any type of movement, which I think is not possible
for any type of human. I think moving makes us feel good because it makes our brains feel good,
right? So I would just think that's not true. I would say keep looking. But if you really are just
like very pessimistic and you're like, I don't like moving and it's like, well, go try it
because it'll make you feel good. Anyway, I would say, if you want, like, just great results,
I would say two or three days away lifting and walking in the office is like great. Now,
I would also then say you have to be consistent over many, many, many, many years, right?
So, is three days a week realistic for you? If you answer as no be honest and say no,
I work too much, I have three kids, I can't get into gym three days a week, then that's fine.
But then commit to two.
And if you say, well, two days a week is too much.

And if you can't commit one day a week for a workout, then we have to prioritize something

So if you can commit one day a week of a full body training and all your off days, you're
doing walks and you're dialing in your diet, you can look and feel great.

Another way to fix it is you nerf the ratios, right? So, you just make them not as strong. A third way to fix it is you remove the OP ratios but keep the ones that are so so.

OP, but keep something like diplomacy or like the human spirit. Like keep
the stuff that's not like game breaking, but remove the OP one. So there's
there's a couple ways to change it. Or everyone gets really good
