Arcane Blast, stacked with Eureka, will be busted, thoughts.
Arcane Blast doesn't stack with itself.
It only stacks with other spells, so not so much.
No cloak, no Shadow Step, vanilla Roke sucks.
That's a tough one.
Like once you add mobility creep, like did other classes gain more mobility is the question.
The only class that I know that gained mobility is maybe Druid, Feral Druid.
I'm trying to think of any other classes have more mobility.
that's just like movement speed, which is a form of mobility, but I'm talking like shadow
step, blink, leap, not that I know of, really.
So I guess the point is like you can't just give rogue shadow step without actually like
increasing mobility for other classes.
And if you increase mobility for other classes, what ends up happening is you have mobility
creep across the game, which makes the game less slow, which makes the game faster paced,
which becomes modernization of the game. So anyway, rogues probably shouldn't have a shadow
step unless warriors have like leap, or rogues shouldn't have a shadow step, unless like
mages have displacement, or rogues probably shouldn't have a shadow step, unless hunters
have a disengage. But if you start adding all those things and the game sucks, so
like rogues probably shouldn't have a shadow step feral cat charge works on
friendlies too yeah so like that that's the one which is an interesting

The way they made arcane blasts will get into this tomorrow, but arcane blast doesn't work on itself
So the way they made arcane blasts what you'll do is always want to get rid of it at four stacks
So Arcane is no longer a mana based spec, it's just Arcane Blast, Arcane Blast, Arcane Blast, Arcane Blast missiles.
Arcane Blast, Arcane Blast, Arcane Blast, Arcane Blast missiles.
Because once you're at four stacks, there's no reason to incentivize you to keep stacking Arcane Blast because it doesn't work on itself.
So you always want to only get the four and then spend every time.
So it's two buttons, Arcane Blast and Missiles, which is lower than any other spec in the game.

I'm just gonna keep testing like as many of these add-ons as I can, but I will say this
one whoever built this is crushing it.
There's so many options.
When you open like your spell book it works.

It's probably janky I don't know but like whoever did this actually did a pretty good
job that quest log works.

One of the things I really like about Forever, man I feel like I'm just like permaglazing
guys but there's a lot to like here.
One of the things I really like about Forever, I was actually thinking about this in the
shower this morning is that you can just basically quest and get ready for that
next dungeon more often in forever than you could in classic because there's
nine new dungeons in the 160 leveling experience you can basically always be
getting ready for that next dungeon which for a lot of people is like just
so fun like you're less incentivized to spam dungeons but you're more
incentivize to like get ready and do that next dungeon which is awesome. I love it.
Fixed character portrait? Dude, I don't even know. That's the need like, yeah, I'll have to like
look at where I normally have it. Do I normally have it like here? Maybe it's
more like there, usually.
It sounds fun. It makes each dungeon run more meaningful. Oh, it's great. Yeah.
Savics and the Horde are waiting for you to leave the Alliance to fight with

Okay, so for everyone that hasn't seen this update yet,
what Blizzard decided to do with weapons for casters
and weapons for healers is this.
They want it, the objective was to make a weapon upgrade
for a caster to feel like a weapon upgrade was
for a warrior or for a rogue, for a melee.
Like, oh my gosh, weapons are a big deal, right?
The way in which they did that
they removed power from the spell itself but added power into the weapon so what that means is when
you get weapons you're gonna feel like oh my gosh i just got a big power spike just like a warrior
would but the reality is the overall strength is about the same because they moved the power
out of the spell into the weapon. So it's not actually like 48 healing sounds really good
but the end result of when you have Staff of the Westfall on as a healer should be about the same
as Aero already was but it just feels really good to actually get the weapon. So that's the
that's the philosophy. Great change. I actually tend to like the change. I think that was
was pretty smart. Yeah, I definitely don't mind it. Any code giveaways? Yes. But it makes
the early levels miserable. That doesn't seem to feel like it's the case. Are you scared
about flask sets for warrior I don't even know your warriors out there that
have been paying attention it looks like snapshotting is gone is that the case
it aka is diamond flask sets are those even gonna work snapshotting looks like

So basically when you use a dot or a hot or a buff, what it's going to look at is
your current spell power, your current gear set, your current attributes, your current

Then after you put up that dot,
you could then swap your gear to anything else.
And then from there, it'll still act.
Like that, say you put up like a rejuve
with a thousand spell power on as a druid
and then you swap your gear off.
It'll still like basically pretend like,
look, I put up this rejuve with a thousand spell power.
Even though I swapped my gear,
it's still gonna heal like a thousand spell power
versus no snapshotting would be,
You put up a rejuve with a thousand spell power or healing or whatever and then you swap your gear now all of a sudden the rejuve is going to start healing for less because you swap your gear.
So snapshotting is is how it currently works in classic era.
I kind of like it. I think it adds like a cool min max thing, but I can see arguments against it like for sure.
Snapshotting for warlocks adds a really high skill cap, really high skill cap which I think is cool.
And for things like druids like in PvP you can swap to a spell power weapon and heal and swap back,
which once again adds a pretty cool skill cap thing.
So I don't know, I like it.

Can you explain the dungeon XP briefly sure so basically the way it works in era is a
Lot of the dungeon XP is just repelling the mobs and the bosses and you know about what you would expect and the quests
but the way it works in plastic while forever is
the
Dungeon XP is mainly skewed to be from the quests, not the kills.
In other words, if you do the dungeon once and you turn on all the quests, you're gonna get a ton of experience.
Like, you're gonna get like a level or two. Like, it's great.
But if you do the dungeon again since you've already done the quests, you'll still get XP,
but it won't be like crazy good like the first run.
So if you are the type of guy that likes to just do dungeons, you still can.
But it won't be optimal to just spam dungeons like it was in Era.
It'll be more optimal to just do every dungeon once.
The reason I think it makes a lot of sense is because there's nine new dungeons.
Meaning, why would you want to do, like, every dungeon five times
when you could prep up and get ready for the next one, and then the next one, and then the next one,
And you have a really cool, interesting leveling experience
versus just doing the same dungeon and never leaving Scarlet Monastery, for example,
for like 30 resets, because it's just the quickest way to level.
So I believe that if the best way to level in a game is really, really boring,
then that's the fault of the game designer, not the player.
So the player is the one that decides to do that.
But the game designer is the one that decides,
let's make this the optimal way to level.
So I think it actually solves a pretty big problem
where in forever you can still spam dungeons.
It's just not optimal anymore,
which gives the player the choice and the freedom,
but the best way to level
isn't gonna be a boring way to level.
So I think it's brilliant, really.
